Huset Restaurant
Huset Restaurant offers a luxe culinary experience in Longyearbyen. Chef Alberto Lozano creates a 14-course tasting menu inspired by the Arctic region, made almost entirely from Arctic and locally sourced ingredients. Depending on availability, you could have the opportunity to try delicacies like bearded seal, reindeer and ptarmigan.
Huset Wine Cellar
Huset’s wine cellar is one of the largest in Scandinavia, with over 1,000 references carefully selected to enhance the distinct Nordic flavours in every dish. Head Sommelier Maxime Resse curates expert pairings, while exclusive wine tastings are tailored to your preferences. For a truly special experience, you can also book a private wine tasting or a 14-course tasting menu from Huset Restaurant served served in the intimate setting of the wine cellar.
Funktionærmessen Restaurant
Perched atop Longyearbyen, Funktionærmessen Restaurant blends Arctic heritage with fine dining. Once the dining hall for mining executives, it now offers refined dishes like king crab and dry-aged Côte de Bœuf, paired with wines and champagnes from the exceptional cellar, a true taste of Svalbard’s culinary excellence.
Champagne Tasting
Hidden beneath Funken Lodge lies a Champagne cellar unlike any other in Norway. Once the town’s official alcohol dispensary, it has been transformed into an elegant sanctuary for private tastings. Hosted by our expert sommelier, you’ll sample three carefully selected Champagnes, each paired with an exquisite canapé designed to enhance its flavour. Private dining experience at Willem’s Cabin
Enjoy an intimate private dining experience at Willem’s Cabin, set in the wilderness about 10 km from Longyearbyen, surrounded by mountains and tundra. Inside, the warm glow of the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, and if you’re lucky, a reindeer might wander past the large panoramic window. Your private chef prepares dishes from local produce, each paired with wine, as your host shares stories of Svalbard’s discovery.

Juva Cabin
Juva Cabin sits between the Adventdalen and Eskerdalen valleys, offering total privacy and exclusivity in the beauty of Svalbard’s wilderness. It’s available for bookings of up to 10 people, complete with a lounge room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a sauna. The cabin looks out towards Drønnbremassivet and Skolten, Nordenskiöldland’s highest peak.

Choose your route, pace and experience, from enjoying champagne and finger food in front of a glacier to spotting Arctic wildlife as you glide through Svalbard’s dramatic fjords. Inner Adventdalen boasts mountain peaks up to 1128 metres, with steep downhill runs and wide slopes for experienced skiers to enjoy. The Backcountry Ski Adventure is a three-day excursion, available between April and May. From the middle of April, Spitsbergen experiences 24 hours of light. Extended daylight hours provide the flexibility to ski when weather conditions are best. The trip is topped off with a two-night stay at the cosy Juva Cabin, which sleeps up to 10 people and is complete with a lounge room, kitchen and a sauna.
Get ready for two full days exploring Svalbard's terrain on the back of a snowmobile. An expert guide will lead you to Tempelfjorden, where you can take in the views of the Von Post Glacier. From there, your guide will take you to the East Coast to spot some local wildlife. You’ll spend the first night in the comfort of Juva Cabin, where you can loosen up with a sauna session in the serene Svalbard wilderness.

You’re welcome to bring cameras to capture the panoramic views as your sled hums over the snow. You’ll spend the first two nights in a cosy, well-equipped cabin with indoor comforts. It’s the perfect place to recharge and spot the Northern Lights, glass of wine in hand. This once-in-a-lifetime experience is available from January to May.
