
Dinner cruise with aquavit tasting
On Saturday 30 August, we invite you to join a very special evening cruise as we sail out on Isfjorden aboard MS Bard – a hybrid-electric catamaran specially designed to minimise noise and vibrations, benefiting both you and the surrounding wildlife. Along the dramatic mountain landscape, you can enjoy the sight of bustling birdlife, and with a bit of luck, whales may appear on the horizon.
This evening offers more than beautiful views and fresh sea air. Alongside a delicious three-course dinner, you’ll take part in an exclusive aquavit tasting. Marthe Bøhn from Prizelius will guide you through a flavourful journey of five different aquavits, each carefully paired to complement one of the courses on the menu. She will share her knowledge, stories and tasting notes, so you can experience how food and drink can elevate each other to new heights.
Dinner is served indoors, with panoramic windows framing the spectacular scenery. If you’d like to get some fresh air between courses, you can step out onto the spacious decks, where comfortable seating awaits.

Beetroot tartare with horseradish mayonnaise, toasted sunflower seeds and herbs
Baked Svalbard cod with creamy fish sauce, root vegetables and mashed potatoes
Vanilla panna cotta with berries
