The world's northernmost Oktoberfest
Welcome to Longyearbyen and this year's Oktoberfest! This event, at 78 degrees northern latitude, is probably the world's northernmost Oktoberfest event. We invite you to this fun celebration at Huset, one of Longyearbyen's most historic buildings. Here, there will be a big party in good spirits, decorations and a live cover band. There will be serving of some light dishes, of course including bratwurst.

Stay at Radisson Blu Polar Hotel
Radisson Blu Polar Hotel Spitsbergen is located in the center of Longyearbyen, yet close to nature. It is a short walking distance to shops, restaurants and the museums in town. Look forward to a good night's sleep in comfortable beds, and a lovely breakfast buffet with a mountain view of the characteristic Hiortfjellet.
